Salary: Grade G - Starting Salary is £33,945 (Level one) rising to £36,648 (Level four)

Base Location: Mary Potter Centre

About the Role

To manage the delivery of the estate and caretaker services within communal facilities of residential accommodation and in our neighbourhoods to ensure that the highest levels in service standards and customer service are delivered and maintained making our communities a great place to live and work.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Ability to work without direct supervision by dealing with emergencies and difficult situations in a calm and effective manner
  2. A proven ability to represent the service by developing and maintaining effective liaison and relationships with internal and external representatives and other bodies
  3. Ability to challenge under performance, discriminatory attitudes, statements and behaviour
  4. Experience of working within a customer focussed service providing an efficient, effective, courteous and professional service to service users
  5. Able to demonstrate skills to improve services and performance for our tenants and leaseholders
  6. Knowledge and understanding of current housing related issues and legislation
