Car Programme Manager
Are you ready to transform racing history from the heart of our engineering powerhouse? Williams Racing is seeking an exceptional Programme Manager to lead our Formula 1 car development journey - a role that's not just a job, but a high-octane mission to redefine motorsport excellence!
Key Responsibilities:
* Architect the entire lifecycle of our F1 car programme, transforming technical vision into track-winning performance through strategic leadership and razor-sharp execution
* Collaborate with our Chief Engineer to develop a holistic programme that pushes technological boundaries while masterfully managing cost and capacity constraints
* Lead complex transformation initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency across our cutting-edge racing ecosystem
* Develop and implement robust programme governance processes that turn potential chaos into coordinated motorsport magic
* Drive comprehensive performance metrics, translating complex data into strategic decisions that propel our team forward
* Create seamless communication channels across multiple departments, ensuring our organisation moves with the precision of a perfectly tuned racing machine
* Partner with Finance to develop dynamic budget strategies that maximize performance within cost cap requirements
* Champion continuous improvement, constantly seeking opportunities to optimise our programme's effectiveness and efficiency
* Build and maintain powerful stakeholder relationships that fuel our collective racing ambition
