Hybrid- Flexible working with up to three days working in the office per week.

About the role

Are you a forward thinking and solution focused project manager with experience of delivering capital projects in local government?

Are you looking for your next challenge?

You will support the Culture and Leisure Division by leading the brief development, project management, development of design, execution and delivery of various capital and asset related construction projects, with a focus on protecting and enhancing our leisure centres, libraries, parks and open spaces.

About you

We are look for a Project Manager with experience of delivering capital projects in local government who can provide:

Project Management: You will develop briefs Lead and deliver construction projects/programmes to secure funding for and deliver and monitor capital projects (for libraries, leisure centres and parks) in time and on budget. You will work on diverse projects with various clients, providing valued support, with a track record of success.

Communication Skills: You will be an excellent communicator, well-organised, and able to prioritise workload.

Organisational Expertise: You will build capacity, support service transformation, process improvement, and business change management, ideally with experience work on culture and leisure services.

Innovation: You will implement new technologies and innovative solutions to drive organisational growth and efficiency.
