Role: Programme Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional business and technology initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving end-to-end solutions across systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of comprehensive business and technology solutions supported by the supply chain across multiple systems and processes.
• Own programme planning and execution, including the development of a robust project control framework covering resources, financials, and governance.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects in line with business case scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Design and implement a risk management framework, including identification, assessment, control, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful delivery outcomes.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex data migration projects.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder and supplier management, both internally and externally.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate and interpret complex information to drive innovative solutions.
• Ability to gather and prioritise end-user requirements in alignment with business strategy and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and decision-making capability.
• Experience working in fast-paced, change-driven environments.
