We are seeking a strategic leader to serve as Global Head of Solutioning for our Cybersecurity Go to Market (GTM) function across Cloud and Infrastructure Services. This executive level role is critical in shaping and executing a global solutioning strategy that aligns cybersecurity innovation with the evolving needs of cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure environments. You will lead a global team to design, position and deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions that secure digital transformation at scale.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
We are seeking a strategic leader to serve as Global Head of Solutioning for our Cybersecurity Go to Market (GTM) function across Cloud and Infrastructure Services. This executive level role is critical in shaping and executing a global solutioning strategy that aligns cybersecurity innovation with the evolving needs of cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure environments. You will lead a global team to design, position and deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions that secure digital transformation at scale.
Your responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership
- Define and drive the global cybersecurity solutioning strategy for infrastructure and cloud services, aligned with GTM and revenue goals
- Collaborate with cloud platform teams (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure architects and product leaders to ensure integrated and secure offerings in multitower opportunities
Solution Development & Innovation
- Lead the creation of modular, scalable cybersecurity solutions and proposal templates driving consistency for presales and solutioning
- Develop solution blueprints that address key challenges such as platform consolidation, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC); Unified SecOps; Identity and Access Management (IAM); DevSecOps
Client Engagement & Pre-Sales
- Act as a senior executive in cybersecurity client opportunities
- Oversee the development of technical proposals, RFP responses and client workshops that demonstrate business value and technical excellence
Team Leadership & Enablement
- Build and lead a global team of cybersecurity solution architects and GTM strategists with deep cybersecurity expertise
- Establish frameworks, playbooks and enablement programs to scale solutioning capabilities across regions and verticals
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
- Stay ahead of trends in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance (e.g. zero trust, CNAPP)
- Represent the company at industry events, cybersecurity summits and with analysts as a thought leader in cybersecurity
Your skills and experience
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity or GTM leadership roles
- Proven success in leading global solutioning teams and delivering complex cloud and infrastructure security solutions including multitower deals
- Deep expertise in cybersecurity, container security, network security and SOC automation
- Strong business acumen with an ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field; MBA is a plus
Preferably, you will also have:
- Experience in cybersecurity tools (e.g. IAM, CSPM, CWPP, CNAPP, SIEM/SOAR)
- Experience with cybersecurity compliance and risk management standards (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS/Azure/GCP Security Speciality or TOGAF
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
