London (Hybrid - 2 days WFH per week)

What you'll be doing:

• Talent Mapping & Research: Identify active/passive candidates across Private Equity and alternative investment firms.
• Pipeline Development: Pre-qualify top talent and maintain proactive pipelines for future positions with our clients.
• Market Insight: Keep a close eye on industry trends to unearth talent and drive commercial opportunity.
• Insight-Driven Teamwork: Collaborate with Consultants to help make great matches for our clients and candidates.

Who you are:

• Recruitment experience (agency or in-house) - experience in business support or PE sectors is a plus. If you don't have recruitment experience but think you have what it takes and an interest in a recruitment agency career, please apply.
• You want to own your role, generate insights, and be creative to improve our candidate sourcing and engagement.
• Independent, curious, and driven. You are hungry to take ownership of your career.
• Naturally personable, and you see the value of creating deep, lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for the PE/alternative investment sector.
