Job Description

As the Campaign Manager looking after the DACH region, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and managing the overall value proposition strategy to ensure our products meet the needs of our target audience and stand out in a competitive market.

Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will be part of our European team focused on building our German and Austrian markets.

What you will do

• Innovative Campaign Management:
  • Develop campaigns that effectively communicate our unique value propositions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our messaging aligns with market needs and business objectives.
  • Leverage your strategic mindset to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Customer-Centric Insights:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of trends and understand what drives our customers.
  • Develop customer journey maps that pinpoint key touchpoints and opportunities for enhanced engagement.
• Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Provide regular, actionable insights to senior management, highlighting opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Utilize data to ensure that campaigns are continuously optimized for maximum impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns that effectively communicate our value propositions.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimise results.
• Customer Journey Mapping:
  • Act as the main point of contact for all campaign-related activities, fostering seamless collaboration across product, marketing, and customer service teams.
  • Ensure alignment and coordination in every campaign, driving consistent and compelling customer experiences.
• Continuous Innovation:
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to our campaigns.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve our strategies and enhance the customer experience

Qualifications

• Previous marketing experience, or a related role ideally within the igaming industry.
• Native German speaker.
• Proven experience in developing and managing successful value propositions.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
