Overview
About the role....
The Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role within Publicis Alchemy client's global biddable ecosystem, working closely with the Digital Operations Director to ensure the smooth, consistent, and high-quality delivery of all biddable campaigns across ex-US markets. Operating at the centre of a highly collaborative network of global, regional, and local teams, this role ensures that every campaign has the information, assets, and operational clarity required for timely and accurate activation.
The Campaign Manager is responsible for coordinating end-to-end campaign delivery across social and programmatic - overseeing the flow of briefs, tactical planning, campaign setup, QA, go-live confirmation, performance reporting, and financial processes. Daily communication with global and local market teams is essential to ensure alignment, unblock issues, and maintain momentum across all active campaigns.
This role also contributes to the evolution of operational ways of working, supporting the development of scalable processes, documentation, and governance frameworks that elevate campaign quality and consistency across all markets. As a key partner to channel specialists and cross-functional teams, the Campaign Manager helps uphold world-class standards and ensures that biddable activation is delivered with precision, efficiency, and excellence at scale.
Responsibilities
About the work....
- Lead the enforcement and utilisation of Workflow Jira across all biddable teams, assigned TAAG traffickers, and regional and local market stakeholders
- Own the regional biddable Campaign Tracker and maintain daily oversight of the status of all current and upcoming biddable campaigns
- Run regional biddable and Ad Ops campaign status calls as needed to maintain alignment and momentum across teams
- Communicate directly with biddable buyers and assigned Ad Ops traffickers to gather updates on campaign progress, outstanding tasks, and potential risks
- Manage regional and local market teams to ensure agreed SLAs are met through clear communication, negotiation, and education. Identify legitimate urgent campaign requests and work with biddable teams to define realistic delivery timelines
- Ensure timely delivery of end-to-end biddable activation, including tactical media planning, campaign setup, QA, go-live confirmations, performance reporting, and finance processes
- Proactively engage with regional and local markets to secure timely delivery of briefs, creative assets, tactical media plans, and client approvals required for go-live
- Review and report monthly on the timeliness and accuracy of campaign delivery, identifying opportunities to improve processes, ways of working, or training needs.
- Lead internal biddable campaign status calls with biddable buyers, identify delays, and ensure clear, actionable steps are defined for resolution
- Create process documentation and deliver training sessions for regional and local markets, as well as internal teams, to ensure consistent understanding and adoption of biddable workflows or to implement new processes
Qualifications
What you need to succeed....
- Experience working within large, complex organisations and navigating fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Experience in hands-on biddable buying, with a strong understanding of activation workflows
- Expertise in high-volume campaign or project management, including building and maintaining internal trackers or dashboards to visualise status for senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of social and programmatic, and biddable trafficking processes, with the ability to anticipate risks, delays, and operational challenges across the end-to-end campaign lifecycle
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Determination and resilience in driving objectives to completion
- Excellent prioritisation, time management, and organisational skills, especially when managing competing deadlines
- Professional, ambitious, and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and team orientation
- Confident and resilient, able to challenge existing processes and advocate for improved ways of working
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take on new initiatives, and operate effectively in evolving or unstructured environments
