The team

ITV Creative is the in-house agency for ITV, sitting within the Marketing function, responsible for delivering 360 campaigns to promote ITVX and ITV content, as well as the entire ITV brand portfolio.

ITV Creative Commercial is a team of Campaign Managers, Creatives and Producers, plugged into our wider ITV Creative team, dedicated to bringing commercial brands into ITV's world. We bring all of our ITV brand knowledge to commercial briefs, working hand-in-hand with our colleagues in ITV Commercial and in particular BE Studio, to help drive commercial success through the creative development and delivery of Branded Entertainment. We work with many of the UK's biggest brands and their agencies to unlock creative opportunities and media-firsts across our network.

The role

The Campaign Manager role sits within ITV Creative Commercial's Campaign Management team, who are responsible for driving excellence in creative development and campaign delivery. You'll work in a small and agile, ambitious team, with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally, picking up creative briefs, helping to build creative responses and managing the creative process across a range of small and larger-scale projects. Working into the Campaign Management Lead, and with the support of the Senior Campaign Managers, you'll be the day-to-day contact for stakeholders on your projects, working alongside creatives and producers to bring our ideas to life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing creative campaigns and projects from Commercial and other ITV stakeholders to ensure their smooth-running and success.
  • Being the go-to contact for day-to-day stakeholders on allocated projects, managing from pitch and creative development through to production and delivery with support from the senior Campaign Management team, Producers and Creatives.
  • Advocating for and helping to sell-in great creative work in partnership with the wider ITV Creative Commercial team.
  • Partnering closely with the Production and Creative teams on all aspects of allocated campaigns.
  • Keeping across all aspects of allocated projects: ideas, budgets, timelines and overall delivery of projects, and keeping senior team members informed and up to date.
  • Identifying potential issues and involving senior team members where necessary.
  • Supporting in building solid relationships internally and externally.

Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)

  • Some experience working in an agency, broadcast, partnership or commercial environment, ideally within an account management role or similar.
  • An understanding of the media, advertising and partnerships landscape.
  • A clear interest in TV, and an understanding of the current competitive landscape.
  • An interest in all things creative and popular culture.
  • Proven organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication skills - with some experience preparing presentations, confidence talking in meetings and strong written skills.

Other things we're looking for (key criteria)

  • Some experience managing projects from creative development through to production and delivery is preferred.
  • Confidence talking to a range of stakeholders of all levels.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, willing to work as part of a team but be a self-starter and take initiative when there's a clear gap to fill.
  • Ability to multitask, managing multiple projects at once.
  • Great at managing upwards.
