Campaign Lead

Campaign Lead, you will lead the delivery of campaign activity for Together. This role is accountable for campaign planning, delivery and evaluation, and will work across the broader marketing team to ensure all campaign activity is expertly planned, delivered, optimised and evaluated.

As a Campaign Lead, we are looking for someone to:

  • Lead, coach & develop the campaign team
  • Create strategies for integrated campaigns which are based on data and insights, and build creative campaigns with stand out to communicate to a variety of audiences
  • Lead the creative thinking and delivery, optimisation and evaluation of campaign activity for Together across B2B and B2C markets
  • Lead and collaborate across the wider marketing team and lead the campaigns across all marketing disciplines, challenging and influencing where appropriate
  • Liaise with and influence stakeholders across the business to share outputs, create buy in and demonstrate value for the campaign activity
  • Ensure all activity is measured and reported on, using key learnings to inform future strategies
  • Manage the 3rd party agency relationships
  • Deputise for Head of Brand, Strategy and Innovation as required
  • Manage the campaign budget, its allocation, management and forecasting

Qualifications

Essential

  • Extensive experience in a similar role
  • Creatively strong with ability to generate creative ideas and lead the team through to execution across all marketing disciplines
  • An outstanding people leader with the ability to develop and grow the members of the team according to their individual needs
  • Extensive experience storytelling through the use of quantitative and qualitative data
  • A proven track record in building brands through campaigning, as well as a track record in setting strategies and delivering value, demonstrated by clear KPIs and measurement of results
  • Experience leading digital first campaign strategies including Digital Marketing and CRM
  • Extensive experience utilising digital evaluation tools such as GA4 and other measurement tools to create strategy and articulate success
  • Grounded, confident and ambitious with the ability to develop strong relationships at all levels, including Exec and Senior Management

Desirable

  • Experience within financial services or regulated environment
  • Experience of both B2B and B2C markets
