WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Choreograph Create is a creative intelligence platform, part of the choregraph product suite, that enables dynamic creative optimization (DCO) within the realm of paid media advertising. Making an impact through creative relevancy, tailoring our creatives and messaging to make it relevant to our client's end users, is what we believe in. Our SaaS technology platform enables agencies and brands to efficiently create countless creative variants and activate these dynamic variants across all relevant addressable channels, including display, video, YouTube, social, DOOH and CTV; effectively being an omni-channel creative control center through which our users can manage and control their omni-channel addressable creative campaigns. Our platform also allows users to measure campaign content performance and use the power of AI to automatically serve best performing content to the right audience.

We are looking for an ad-tech professional excited by the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the choreograph create platform. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with advertising technology, as well as a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape e.g., DSP's, ad-servers, and DCO (dynamic content optimisation). They will have a curious and collaborative nature with an entrepreneurial attitude, combined with the exceptional communication and soft skills required to work closely with customers and users from across WPP to determine future requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1) Activation, Excellence & Delivery
Own the dynamic/addressable campaign activation and management lifecycle.

This involves:

- Work with activation teams across WPP businesses in the set-up, optimisation, reporting, troubleshooting and EOM / EOC reporting process.

- Manage the activation of campaigns on the client accounts assigned to you, whilst ensuring the ongoing monitoring of campaign performance.

- Constantly and pro-actively work to identify both tactical and strategic optimisation opportunities.

- Take responsibility for campaign 'go live' process, ensuring QA is followed effectively.

- Ensure adherence to campaign best practices, process and contribute to the development of those best practices, improving processes as requirements evolve.

- Take ownership of testing opportunities and have plans in place for assigned campaigns effectively managing the planning, execution, and monitoring.

- Proving track record of managing, optimising and troubleshooting campaigns in DSP/Ad Servers.

2) Processes, Automation & Continued Learning

- Contribute towards the continuous adoption of process and best practices that drive quality, efficiency, and accuracy across all campaigns.

- Contribute to the identification, testing and deployment of automation opportunities to drive quality and efficiency.

- Problem solving skills with a keen appetite to identify and resolve any challenges or blockers that may arise.

- Passionate and interested about AdOps. Proactively seek out opportunities to develop and enhance your understanding and knowledge of the programmatic and DCO advertising landscape inc. latest tech platforms, vendors, and suppliers.

3) Effective ways of working

- Work collaboratively across teams to deliver client outcomes.

- Work with the Solutions and Product teams to deploy data, AI and analytics to drive campaign performance.

- Closely work with the Client Leadership and Data teams to deliver effective PCAs, brand studies etc. to convey how you've effectively delivered against client outcomes.

- Comfortable articulating technical points to various internal teams and clients in a coherent manner.

Qualifications

- Programmatic expertise across programmatic tech platforms (e.g., DMPs, DSPs, key brand safety suppliers).

- Proven track record of managing multiple campaigns across one or more DSPs.

- A data-driven and performance focused programmatic expert.

- Ability to build strong relationships beyond your direct team to deliver against client needs.

- Strong and effective communication across all levels.

- Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.

- A proactive attitude and someone who takes the initiative to ensure best in-class AdOps support.

- Able to work independently, and as part of a team.

- Problem solving skills and desire to resolve challenges and issues that arise with a can-do attitude.
