Job Title: Business Transformation Manager

Salary: Circa £70,000 + car allowance, depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading on Programme Infrastructure Projects to enable digital and collaborative ways of working
- Setting the vision and establishing methods for Business Improvement projects to become embedded
- Acting as the Lead for SSNA Programme Delivery Culture improvements and supporting to transform the business.
- Undertaking the completion of various Business Change artefacts to arrive at the correct Outputs, Outcomes and Benefits
- Leading the Communications and Capability teams to develop communication and training plans for each business improvement project
- Establishing and managing the Change Network for SSNA Programme related adoption activities
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experience of embedding and sustaining Business Change Management process within a complex project or programme
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent stakeholder management experience, with the ability to guide and influence decisions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office package
Desirable:
- Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. APMQ or Prince2) or MBA
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
- Project Lifecycle Management experience

The SSNA Programme Infrastructure team:
This role offers the chance to shape and influence the culture and future of the Submarine programme, learning from experience across various sectors and senior stakeholders. You will support a critical, complex project in UK history, contributing to the national effort to protect the nation. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
