- Suffolk County Council - Endeavour House, Ipswich, IP1 2BX - Hybrid
- £33,366 per annum (pro rata for part time)
- 37 hours per week - Flexible working options available
- Permanent
Would you like the opportunity to directly support the teams improving outcomes for children and young people across Suffolk?
Would you like to line manage a team of business support officers within Education Skills and Learning?
Do you enjoy managing budgets and supporting others with financial reporting?
Your role and responsibilities
You will:
- support colleagues across teams in Education Skills and Learning with financial reporting and budget management
- line manage the other members of the team to best support colleagues, particularly in the Standards and Excellence team, to best support school leaders to deliver improved outcomes for children and young people across Suffolk.
You will need:
- good communication skills including an ability to listen to the needs of others
- an understanding of budget management and financial forecasting
- to line manage a team to best support other teams within Education Skills and Learning.
