Education/Qualification
Essential criteria
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Project management qualification or equivalent experience
- Evidence of continuing professional development
Desirable criteria
- Management qualification
- Educated to master's level or equivalent experience
Knowledge and experience
Essential criteria
- Significant experience at senior level. In a large complex health / social care or equivalent setting.
- Project Management experience or equivalent including team operational.
- Experience in delivering project outcomes within budget and time constraints
- Experience of developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating project action plans.
- Experience of providing supervision and coaching support on matters unfamiliar / uncomfortable with
- Experience of managing performance appropriately and successfully (project or team)
Desirable criteria
- Experience of developing alliances and partnerships within and across organisations
Skills
Essential criteria
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills and able to deal effectively with those resistant to change
- Able to build excellent working relationships and rapport with a variety of stakeholders
