The Role

As a Business Risk Manager, you'll architect our risk management approach, driving structured programs to fortify and expand our operations. This multifaceted role offers a unique opportunity to lead and innovate, laying the foundations for sustainable growth while ensuring the security of our business.

You'll collaborate across functions, teams, and regions, establishing and implementing frameworks that strike the right balance between business growth, customer experience, and risk controls. Your responsibilities will span a wide spectrum, from nurturing trusted relationships within Easol to designing and rolling out initiatives covering financial, operational, and data risk. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our KYC & AML processes, ensuring rigorous implementation to meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Forge trusted relationships within Easol, fostering risk-aware decision-making.
• Lead initiatives covering financial, operational, and data risk, along with KYC & AML.
• Deploy efficient policies and procedures for risk mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Design a customer-centric risk management framework resonating across the business.
• Enhance Creator onboarding processes and manage relevant data collection and interpretation.
• Cultivate a culture of proactive risk management, integrating it into our operational model.
• Effectively communicate compliance and risk matters across the organisation, including leadership and the board.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong autonomy, can-do attitude, and a history of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management skills to drive risk conversations across teams, including leadership.
• Collaborative mindset to partner with various departments in core risk initiatives.
• Experience with financial and business analysis, and potentially risk or similar roles.
• Proven ability to design and implement internal processes and controls.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and a growth mindset toward learning and development.
