Brief Description

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Business Review Assistant for a Permanent Position (full time) based in Milton Keynes. To provides comprehensive administrative, technical and analytical support through the update of management and maintenance Property business performance data, providing assurance and analytical support for information management activities that support the requirements of the Property business.
About the role (External)

What does the average day look like?

Join our team and be a part of something big. Here's what you'll be doing:

Manage Property Data: Input and handle property-related data in our core systems, making sure everything meets the right standards.

Data Quality Check: Keep an eye on data quality, and if something's not right, investigate it and report it. Work with others to fix any issues.

Technical Support: Help improve our standards, processes, and systems with your technical and analytical skills.

Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of all the data stuff you're doing and prepare reports on data quality and performance.

Data Improvement: Support efforts to make our data better. Use your expertise to analyse data and lead or join projects to improve it.

Future Needs: Work with managers and stakeholders to figure out what data we'll need in the future, especially for our commitments to external organisations.

Help Others: Provide data analysis and technical expertise to anyone who needs it in our organisation.

Manage Digital Stuff: Take care of our team's SharePoint site, make sure files are organised, versions are tracked, and everyone has the right access.

Mailbox Maintenance: Keep our team's email in order, including making sure email lists are up to date.

Data Management Know-How: You should know how to handle data using the right methods and systems.

Assurance Skills: If you spot something wrong with data, you need to tell the right people and help come up with a plan to fix it.

Multi-Tasking Pro: You're good at juggling multiple tasks at once.

SharePoint Whiz: Experience in working with SharePoint.

Tech-Savvy: You know your way around Microsoft Office software.

Time Management Ace: Great at managing your time and staying organized.

Communication Skills: You can talk and write clearly and politely, even on the phone.
