We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional / Process Analyst to join our SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, currently in the Realise phase.
This role sits at the intersection of business process design and SAP functional delivery, with a strong focus on Finance (FI/CO) and its integration with Logistics (SD/MM).
You will play a key role in ensuring the approved solution design is correctly built, tested, understood and adopted by the business.
Who we are looking for:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst on full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, ideally from Design through to Go-Live

Strong process knowledge across Finance and Logistics, with a clear understanding of:

FI/CO integration with SD and MM

Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and core financial posting flows
-

Hands-on experience supporting Realise phase activities, including build support, testing and business readiness

Experience working alongside system integrators and internal delivery teams

Strong background in:

Business process analysis and documentation

Application design support and configuration validation
-
Testing (SIT/UAT) and defect management

Change management and business adoption support
-

Confident engaging with both finance and operational stakeholders, translating process detail into practical outcomes

Comfortable working in a fast-paced transformation environment with multiple dependencies

Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
what youll be doing

Acting as a process-focused Business Analyst across Finance and Logistics, ensuring end-to-end integration between FI/CO and SD/MM is delivered as designed

Supporting the programme through the Realise phase, working closely with functional consultants, developers, testers and business stakeholders

Validating that the approved design is correctly translated into system configuration and build

Supporting application design clarification, configuration review and solution walkthroughs with the business

Working with business and IT teams to manage process impacts, dependencies and integration points

Supporting testing activities, including test scenario definition, defect triage and business readiness for UAT

Providing input into change management, including process documentation, impact assessments and support for training materials

Acting as a bridge between Finance and Logistics stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of end-to-end processes

Supporting issue resolution and decision-making during build and test cycles

Contributing to cutover readiness and go-live support as required

This role can be based at our London office, or at any of our regional offices in Sheffield, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Manchester or Bristol, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.
