Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours:37 hours a week, occasional evening and weekend working.

Worker Type: Hybrid - minimum of 3 days a week at the the venue.

Salary: Starting Salary is £48,474 (level one) rising yearly to £51,515 (level four)

Location: The Theatre Royal & Royal Concert Hall,Theatre Square, Nottingham NG1 5ND

About the Role

The Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall (TRCH), is one of the busiest and most successful performing arts venues in the UK presenting over 600 performances a year and with a turnover of £20m. The Business Performance Director is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for the effective and efficient management of TRCH's financial and business performance.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience of using financial software packages to manage a significant financial operation and provide in-depth reporting and analysis.

• Experience of overseeing the efficient and compliant processing of significant income streams across multiple channels and software systems.

• Experience of business planning and of developing, monitoring and reporting a balanced scorecard of performance indicators.

• Experience of working in a major performing arts venue or local authority is desirable, as is an accountancy qualification.
