We are looking for a strategic leader who is able to make a real impact in a challenging inclusive 11 - 16 secondary school. We are looking for a skilled and adaptable School Business Manager and feel this role, whilst challenging, will provide the opportunity as part of the senior leadership team to really make a significant difference to pupils' outcomes and life chances. The Academy is a focal point for the economic and cultural life of Winsford and you will find a deeply committed community. You will work as part of the senior leadership team and be responsible for delivering all areas of the Academy's non-teaching accountabilities.

As our School Business Manager, you will play a key role in the leadership of the school, working closely with the Headteacher, Vice Principals and the senior leadership team. You will lead on finance, HR, operations, site, health and safety, and compliance - ensuring that the school runs efficiently and continues to thrive. You will act as the lead professional for all support staff.

The Key Responsibilities of the role:
• Strategic and operational leadership of the school's business functions
• Budget management and financial reporting
• Oversight of HR procedures and staff recruitment
• Facilities, health & safety, and risk management
• Leading support staff teams across finance, administration and site management
• Supporting governance and compliance, including procurement and policy development
