Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Business and / or project management post graduate qualification.
Desirable criteria
- Leadership/Management qualification
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Knowledge of the NHS and current national, regional and local strategy and policy.
- Knowledge and experience of managing staff within a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge and experience of project/programme and business management.
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of MFT and GM health and social care more broadly.
Experience
Essential criteria
- Management of resources with a good history of change management, efficiency savings and project management.
- Experience of developing and maintaining effective partnerships with stakeholders.
- Experience of project management, report writing and imaginative planning.
- Experience of managing a diverse team.
- Experience of successfully managing the implementation of change.
- Experience of identifying education and training needs of staff

Applicant requirements
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
