About the role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Student ImmigrationCompliance and Advice Manager to lead the university's student immigrationfunction. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the university'sstudent sponsor licence duties and the delivery of expert advice and guidanceon student immigration to students and staff. You will drive the development ofpolicies, systems and processes to support accurate data monitoring, reportingand ongoing regulatory compliance with a data-led approach to decision makingand risk management.
About You:
You will have in-depth expert knowledge of UKVI regulations andstudent visa requirements and experience of managing student immigrationcompliance within higher education. You will demonstrate strong data literacy,including the ability to analyse and interpret data, identify issues and informservice improvements. You will be able to design, implement and evaluateeffective processes and reporting tools. Excellent management, communicationand organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to workcollaboratively across the university. You will have strong leadership andstaff development capabilities and experience of leading a team.
