As we expand our reach, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Branch Manager to lead our Belfast team. ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Business Manager you will spearhead our commitment to excellence in the delivery of our training services. Leading a dynamic team of Tutors and support personnel, you will provide strategic direction, ensuring the effective development, implementation, and evaluation of our training programmes. Setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) will be instrumental in optimising team and individual performance. Mentorship and team development are key aspects of your responsibilities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Your role involves close collaboration with clients and employers within the local area, understanding their unique training needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet industry standards. As a leader, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and revenue streams.
You will work towards strict student-cantered KPIs to ensure effective learning outcomes; including attendance rates, early-leaver rates, and achievement rates. You will be responsible for fostering a dynamic learning environment, and address areas that may require additional support to enhance overall student engagement and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team, driving performance and achieving business objectives.
- Training Program Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to meet client needs and industry standards.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique training requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Team Management: Mentor and develop a high-performing team, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and revenue streams.
- Performance Metrics: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing strategies to optimize team and individual performance.
ABOUT US:
Rutledge Training is one of the leading private training providers in NI; with a branch network of 17 locations. We offer government-funded training programmes Skills for Life & Work and ApprenticeshipsNI; as well as private and corporate training. The Company has been in operation from 1989; making us a long-standing education provider in NI.
Qualifications / Experience:
Minimum Level 2/GCSE English and Maths qualifications
Proven experience in a management role (preferably within the training industry)
Understanding of NI Government-funded training programmes development and delivery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding training targets.
Familiarity with training management systems and learning platforms (Desirable)
Previous Teaching Experience (Desirable)
