Job Title: Business Management Administrator

Salary: Up to £34000 dependent on experience
Grade: GG06
What you’ll be doing:
- Capture the agenda, requests for inputs and actions during core meetings and reviews
- Support the team with raising purchase order requisitions and invoice management
- Day to day management of SharePoint sites managing permissions, adherence to process and compliance
- Management of a shared PMO mailbox
- General administrative support for Business Operations
- Administration activities for management of Project Reporting toolset
Your skills and experiences:
- Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint management
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and complete allocated tasks
- Pro-active management of activities and support into the team
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with all levels of management

The BAE Systems Business Operations Project Management Office team:
As part of Business Operations the Project Management Office (PMO) sit centrally within Maritime Services. The role will be providing management support and be involved in all of the Projects that get delivered as part of Business Operations ensuring they maintain appropriate governance, follow process and complete actions by required deadlines. You will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your skills and knowledge whilst supporting a busy department to ensure we deliver to time, cost and quality.
