As a Lidl Business Intelligence Reporting Senior Officer, you'll support our executive management team by providing the right data and insights at the right time. What you'll do

  • Generate, prepare and analyse standardised reports and dashboards (weekly/monthly)
  • Create new reports and dashboards, as well as optimise existing reports
  • Plan, design, and implement effective dashboards and visualisations to revolutionise our business's data usage
  • End-to-end delivery of business intelligence initiatives including presenting to colleagues at all levels of the business
  • Manage relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders and end-users to ensure seamless communication and project success
  • Working with internal stakeholders to provide automated solutions using Business Intelligence software & Microsoft Office

What you'll need

  • Experience developing Microstrategy or similar Business Intelligence visualisation software
  • Experience in a similar position and a proven aptitude for delivering insight through reporting and data analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical mind-set with a proven ability to problem solve
  • Ability to Integrate MS office products into a seamless workflow
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and to deliver accurate results
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • A self-motivated and proactive individual with a can-do attitude and the ability to work on projects and solve problems independently
  • Able to deliver the final product reliably and organised in a quality fashion
