We're hiring a Business Intelligence Partner as part of our team in London working on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a suite of reports on Tableau Server; ensure existing dashboards are refreshed, maintained and are kept relevant; these reports are used by Amplifi's exec & management team to support performance management to maximise income generated from our commercial and trading arrangements across traditional media channels and programmatic.
  • Derive insight from complex data - working closely with the Commercial and Trading teams to provide market narrative and insight to optimise revenue opportunities and identify risk.
  • Build effective relationship with data stakeholders across dentsu's brands; form a detailed understanding of locally managed and disparate data sources; identifying gaps and areas for improvement; contributing to rollout of new data collection processes as required.
  • Maintain documentation, mappings & processes to sustain a trusted single source of truth for all spend & income data
  • Build a detailed backlog of all analytics & reporting demands. Review & agree priorities for the following year with senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting Business Intelligence Partner with integration of new data sources
  • Ongoing and proactive Quality Assurance checks on our source of truth, comparing with internal and external data sources.
  • Help create a continuous process improvement environment.

Key Skills

  • Previous experience with Tableau/Alteryx/Power BI
  • Can build effective and productive relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • An eye for clear and effective data visualisation that is rooted in understanding business challenges
  • Communication and presentation skills to convey complex numerical information to a range of stakeholders in a meaningful and concise manner.
  • Naturally inquisitive and a flair for identifying problems as well as effective, logical and practical solutions through detailed investigation.
  • The ability to work effectively in a highly complex, fast moving environment.
  • Desire to drive best practices across the company
