Responsibilities

As a senior member of the Data Analytics & Quantitative Research function, you will be responsible for:

• Delivery of operational and client reporting in line with agreed timescales and quality standards.
• Development of strong working relationships with key stakeholders and be accountable for delivery of their data and analytical support requirements
• Promotion and championing of the Data Analytics & Quantitative Research function, seeking opportunities to expand the scope and reach of its services.

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

• A proven track record of stakeholder management and service delivery.
• Although this is a non-technical role, a solid understanding of data and data processes is required as you will be managing technical staff.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical people.
• Strong interpersonal skills including excellent communication and a positive "can do" attitude.

Desirable

• Knowledge of legal services
• Knowledge of insurance services.
