We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic business insights manager who will support the high growth ambition for our Beverages across UK&I and North-West Europe.

This role requires a more complex understanding of performance, requiring superior analytical capability & an ability to deliver deeper insights for the FOBO business vs. previous periodic reporting basic KPI's & output performance metrics. The role will look at integrating insights across multiple data sources to create full 360 view of performance, with ability to land insights with impact & provide clear narrative & recommendations to accelerate future growth.

The focus will be on producing actionable world class insight through MBR's, QBR's, deep dives (teardowns) & AOP whilst operating in a complex matrix structure, partnering with GBI and NWE brand and commercial teams as well as close collaboration with key bottlers and Sector/Global insights team.

Responsibilities

  • Build 360 Integrated Insights & Business Intelligence.
    • Create high quality impactful insights using deep expertise across multiple data sources, and multi-channel, understanding how to connect the dots to form bigger picture and clear futures narrative.
    • Build clear set of recommendations & plan to course correct or accelerate growth.
    • Systemise/automate processes for maximum efficiencies.
    • Ensure we extract the most value/ROI from our data and agencies.
  • Business Partnering and Influencing PEP commercial & marketing stakeholders across UK&I/ NWE.
    • Owner of revised MBR (franchise monthly business review), MBR+(joint bottler/operational performance deck), QBR (quarterly business review), Deep-dives , AOP (Annual Operating Plan) & Full Year strategic stepbacks.
  • Business Partner on critical projects relating to Business Performance with Global teams
    • On point for key projects such as 'growth navigator' and development of 'quality growth metrics' - embedding within the BU's to ensure they are understood, adopted and acted on
  • Develop a joined up 'one system' (bottler+franchisor) business performance framework.
    • Lead the creation of aligned KPI's & insights at monthly Ops meeting & strategic reviews
    • Ensure we fully leverage our primary data sources to create greater insights impact.
  • Develop intimate working relationship with Snacks Insights team on Business Performance.
    • Leverage best practise and alignment on core principles & methods for business performance & utilising category agnostic insight within the Beverage business.
    • Ensure joined up approach to work/tasks that spans both businesses e.g. forecasting.
  • Leadership, Coaching and Development.
    • Support up-skill of others to significantly improve their capability.

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • FMCG insights intelligence experience, may also have agency experience initially.
  • Expert across all key business intelligence data sources (Epos, Panel, Primary research e.g. demand spaces).
  • Compelling storyteller, impactful communicator, presenter & strong influencer.
  • Ability to deliver high impact strategic reviews & think strategically but also excellent analytical capability.
  • Extremely strong ability to visualise insight & data powerfully to maximise impact.
  • Intentional agenda - able to focus and prioritise on only the most important work.
  • Taking others with you/collaborate to ensure building work to best possible outcome.
  • Highly driven, action-oriented & proactive. Ability to lead work and projects as well as create strong inter-dependencies across the wider Insights team.
  • Agile, Open-minded and used to working matrix organizations - excellent relationship builder.
