We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Manager with great people management skills and a passion for data analysis, performance reporting and using data insight to inform service improvement.

The role
A key part of our Housing transformation as a directorate is changing the way we use our wide range of data to measure performance, drive improvements and set our strategic priorities. Leading the Business intelligence team, this is a key role in delivering our transformation programme and improving services to our residents.
About you
You will have experience of managing a business intelligence function in a housing organisation and understand the regulatory setting for housing. You will have advanced data analysis skills with experience of presenting data to a range of audiences to highlight performance. You will use the appropriate data visualisation for the audience and lead on insight reporting to the directorate and the Council. You will have strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of using strong analytical skills and lateral thinking to develop innovative and creative solutions.
