The Role

This is a global role on one of our largest clients, Electronic Arts. In this role you will act as a main point of contact for our global clients as well as discipline teams across the agency. You will work collaboratively across all disciplines (strategy, planning, execution, B&I, etc) and serve as a trusted client partner, internally and externally alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead T&Pm values by example, approaching challenges & opportunities alike with energy, candor, and a pioneering spirit
  • Foresee and pro-actively resolve issues with clients and business
  • Act as a main point for process, timelines, and accuracy across deliverables
  • Periphal knowledge on all aspects of planning and execution
  • Provide support for senior clients to manage overall process across a given pod
  • Work in close partnership with pod leadership and other coordinators to deliver best in class work, identify opportunities for efficiency and upskilling for the team
  • Supports the Team Lead in operations, process, information sharing, and keeping wider team on task
  • Supports in data cleanliness process and oversight
  • Owns and delivers in partnership with other coordinators overall media commitments tracking
  • Responsible for supporting in central planning tasks, such as bottoms up budgeting and central partnerships
  • Provides a deep understanding across markets, regions, and audiences
  • Able to deliver the complexity of a global brand and performance campaign spanning over 30 markets

Skills and Experience

  • Extensive planning experience and working cross-market
  • An energetic and tenacious individual who can inspire the team
  • Strong understanding of all channels and excellent client management skills
  • Able to manage and direct across markets, cultures, and nuanced needs globally
  • Someone who's not afraid to get their hands dirty in order to get the job done
  • A problem solver who can identify potential issues before they arise
  • You will have excellent client servicing skills
  • You are someone who has a passion to learn and maintain a detailed topical knowledge of relevant media developments, and actively seeks opportunities to learn.
  • You will be highly collaborative and facilitate a productive working relationship across the agency
  • Passionate about collaboration and working with people
