About the role

We are looking to attract a Real Estate Senior Associate (5+ years PQE) to join the Real Estate Public Sector team at DWF, an award-winning global legal business.

We are flexible on location and the successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of high quality legal work, lots of client contact, and will benefit from the ongoing support from the team.

Our Government & Public Sector team brings together expertise in national, regional and local government, healthcare, education, charities and social enterprise. We combine vast experience across the many different strands of the Public Sector, working both on behalf of public bodies, quasi-public bodies and institutions, as well as with private sector suppliers and partners that rely on them. Our Public Sector team won Local Government Team (Tier 1, Legal 500 and 'Public Sector Law Firm of the Year' Legal 500) in 2019. We provide our clients with a full range of legal services such as grant funding, major infrastructure and regeneration projects, real estate support and development, planning, commercial and construction advice. DWF is delighted to have been appointed to the Crown Commercial Services framework for 'Wider Public Sector - Legal Services'.

About you

We are keen to hear from candidates who have a broad range of Real Estate experience. Public Sector experience would be useful as would prior exposure to undertaking corporate support work.
