MOTH Drinks are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to join our On Trade Team. This brand new role, reporting the the On Trade Manager, will be tasked with winning new stockists, developing current business, providing the best customer service and delivering first class brand activation within the Independent Free Trade (IFT) in London. You will look to build strong Business plans to deliver on key MOTH metrics.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the On Trade Manager and National Account Manager to deliver profitable growth within the On Trade Channel
  • Maintaining and managing a portfolio of accounts in London with regular sales calls
  • Achieve new MOTH listings in London Based Groups and Key IFT Outlet
  • Managing and Growing our existing base of MOTH stockists
  • Split of role: New Business 75% Existing Business 25%
  • Delivery of key business metrics such as volume targets, menu feature, net sales growth and profitability
  • Developing, managing and nurturing relationships with On Trade Wholesalers in London
  • Working closely with our Marketing team to implement 'best in class' activation

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the UK Drinks Industry, preferably On Trade
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience of UK Drinks Industry
  • Prior experience of managing Key Accounts and building commercial deals
  • Passionate about working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment with a can-do attitude
  • Highly motivated, self starter, eager to achieve success
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to drive decision making
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
  • Clean Driving License
