Business Development Manager

Salary: £80,000k (x2 OTE)

Summary
A dynamic Cyber tech startup with global headquarters who focus on securing authentication solutions for operational technology (OT) and finance is currently looking for a net new business Sales specialist with experience selling enterprise SAAS solutions to grow and drive their UK sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
• Actively identify and qualify potential clients.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive sales/business development experience with a proven track record of hitting sales targets selling enterprise SAAS solutions.
• Experience in either Cyber / fast-paced / startup environment is preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally to customer meetings and relevant industry conferences
• A strong understanding of sales methods and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
