We have the opportunity for a passionate relationship builder to join us as a field based Mortgage Business Development Manager looking after these postcodes HA, EN, N, NW, E and parts of Central London Our role is all about sharing and promoting our Intermediary strategy as well as meeting the needs of our intermediary partners. It very much works in partnership with our successful telephone team and a TBDM partner managing a brokers and firms, ensuring they get the best possible service from us. Developing and encouraging good, quality mortgage business and facilitating the on-going relationship with our Intermediary Panel of brokers and firms are key parts of the role. We have a clear passion to achieve good quality appointments and increase the quantity of submissions to help us grow within the intermediary market, but this isn't a sales based role, just purely building and supporting relationships through appointments. Representing the Society getting the best out of these relationships for all parties, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks, working in an engaging, consultative and collaborative way are also responsibilities.
