I am currently supporting a company that specialises in the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical services with their recruitment for a Business Development Manager to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business within the AC / FM sector, playing a key role in driving growth by winning new business and developing existing client relationships.

The Role:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the AC / FM sector
  • Managing and developing existing client relationships
  • Preparing and presenting proposals, tenders, and quotations
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Attending client meetings and networking events
  • Tracking pipeline activity and reporting on performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within Air Conditioning / Facilities Management
  • Strong track record of winning new business
  • Good technical understanding of HVAC / FM services (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Full UK driving licence
