• Proven experience in new homes sales, estate agency or land and development sales
• A track record of winning new business and delivering results through others
• Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills
• A strategic mindset and ability to lead collaboratively across multiple functions
• Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation abilities
• Full UK driving licence
