What You'll Be Doing
Grow sales across Independents, Labs, Regional Groups & National Accounts
Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Plan, manage and develop your territory to achieve targets
Use your optical and product expertise to unlock opportunities
What We're Looking For
• Field-based sales experience or dispensing experience
• Excellent communicator & relationship builder
• Self-motivated, organised and results-driven
• Professional, persuasive and customer-focused
• Confident with Microsoft Office
Bonus:
Territory management experience
Knowledge of ophthalmic lenses
Dispensing qualifications
Technical lens/manufacturing understanding
Qualifications
GCSE Maths, English + 4 others (C or above)
A-Levels / Degree in Dispensing Optics (preferred)
