As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their expanding team.

The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships. You'll be responsible for identifying prospects, pitching services, and securing contracts that contribute to the company's pipeline of prestigious projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the design & build and commercial fit-out markets.
  • Conduct client outreach through calls, meetings, and networking events.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with directors, estimators, and project teams to develop proposals and bids.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent the company at industry events and forums.

About You

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven professional with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in business development, ideally within design & build or commercial interiors.
  • Strong network of contacts within the London commercial property and workplace design sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven success in securing contracts and meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially astute.
