This is an opportunity to join our Digital Channels team where you will be expected to manage social media projects working with our stakeholder clients. It's a fast-paced role, with variety and which offers the opportunity to push social media in new and exciting ways. We are on a journey to raise standards across every aspect of our social media output and create positive online experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the rest of the Social Media team you will be responsible for:
- Delivery and day to day management of social content plans and briefs, including scheduling and publishing on Deloitte's primary external social media channels - LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to create and curate quality content to support wider business objectives
- Responsibility for social media proofreading and editing, evidencing a clear understanding of social tone of voice
- Reporting to showcase the success and learnings of social media campaigns
- Implement and optimise social media advertising campaigns
- Support the management of the firm's ambassador (advocacy) programme
- Deliver internal training programmes (including training sessions and presentations) to ensure social media best practices are adopted by our people
- Monitor social media using a listening platform, reporting on sentiment, competitor activity, risk issues and influencer engagement
Connect to your skills and professional experience
Essentials
- Experience of managing a B2B social media presence across owned, paid and earned social media - in particular the use of LinkedIn, X (formally Twitter), Facebook. Instagram and YouTube
- Proven work experience in the digital marketing sector, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and curate quality content to support wider business objectives
- Social media copywriting, proofreading and editing, evidencing a clear understanding of social tone of voice
- Experience in reporting to showcase the success and learnings of social media campaigns
- Ability to monitor the marketplace for new and upcoming technologies and best practice in social media, as well as identifying timely opportunities with regards to social media trends
- Have experience using a social media management tool such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr or similar
- Good planning and organising skills, reacting positively to changes and priorities
Desirable
- Have experience using social media listening tools such as Meltwater, Brandwatch or similar, to monitor social media, reporting on, sentiment, competitor activity, risk issues and influencer engagement
- Experience in implementing and optimising social media advertising campaigns
