Business Development Manager - Design & Build Fit-Out

We're seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the design and build fit-out sector. This is a high-impact role for someone who brings not just experience-but relationships.

What You'll Bring:

• A portfolio of existing client contacts within the commercial interiors space
• Demonstrable success in securing and delivering CAT A/B, D&B, and refurbishment projects
• The ability to generate immediate revenue through trusted relationships
• A strategic mindset with the confidence to lead conversations from first contact to signed contract

What You'll Do:

• Leverage your network to identify and convert new business opportunities
• Own the client journey-pitching, negotiating, and securing fit-out projects across London and the South East
• Collaborate with pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure seamless handover and execution
• Represent the brand with professionalism, clarity, and sector expertise
