Business Development Manager

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for hospitality? We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth by developing new and existing accounts in the MICE, Business Group, Meetings, and Wedding sectors.

About the role:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of local and national accounts, identifying and converting new business leads.
  • Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and client engagement evenings.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Office Manager and wider sales team to drive business growth.
  • Analyse reports and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with Hilton AOS and HWS to maximise cross-sell opportunities.
  • Oversee CRM systems, social media, marketing, and PR strategies in alignment with brand standards.
  • Partner with the Food & Beverage team to enhance awareness and sales in the local market.
  • Drive sales culture within the hotel and support community and charity initiatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through direct engagement, feedback collection, and service enhancement.
  • Maintain GDPR compliance and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and guest security.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • A track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting, and market analysis.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to business needs.
