Business Development Manager - Facilities Management

• Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE + Commission
• Location: South London - Hybrid
• Working Model: Office, field, and remote

Our client is expanding rapidly, backed by a major international group. With a strategic acquisition plan in place, they are set to scale significantly over the next five years.

This role is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of their business development team, driving new contract wins across healthcare, commercial, and public sectors.

The Business Development Manager will:

• Identify and secure new cleaning contracts in key sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
• Lead bids, tenders, and proposals to drive contract wins
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless contract onboarding

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years in business development/sales within the cleaning industry
• Experience in public sector contracts (NHS, government, education preferred)
• Proven track record of winning contracts and driving revenue
• Expertise in bids, tenders, and proposals
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a hybrid role
