Business Development Manager - Sports & Entertainment Venues, Central London
We are hiring a Business Development Manager on behalf of a dynamic collection of sports and live entertainment venues in Central London. These venues are known for their electric matchday atmosphere, live music, and high-energy events, catering to sports fans, corporate groups, and late-night crowds.
The Role:
We're looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Manager with a passion for sports, live entertainment, and hospitality. You'll be responsible for securing new business, building corporate relationships, and driving revenue across the group. A strong knowledge of the sporting calendar is essential, as you'll plan and execute key activations around major events, while also capitalising on the venues' live music and entertainment offerings.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Proactive outreach - securing new business through corporate connections, agencies, and third-party partnerships.
- Leveraging your network - bringing in clients from your existing little black book.
- Maximising key sporting and entertainment events - ensuring the venues are front and centre for major games, tournaments, and live performances.
- Creative sales strategy - developing innovative ways to attract new guests and retain existing customers.
- Collaborating with venue teams - working closely with GMs and marketing to deliver high-impact activations.
- Driving private and group bookings - securing corporate hospitality, live entertainment nights, and brand partnerships.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a BDM in hospitality, bars, or live entertainment venues.
- A passion for sports and live entertainment with a strong understanding of the sporting calendar.
- Confident, self-starter - comfortable with face-to-face outreach and securing new business.
- Strong corporate network and agency/third-party relationships.
- Experience in venues with live music and entertainment is a bonus.
- A creative thinker with a track record of driving revenue through innovative business strategies.

Salary up to £50,000 + bonus DOE
