We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional ready to take charge of their career and make an impact within our thriving team at the Whittan Sales Hub as a Business Development Manager. You will help us drive growth in an exciting and rewarding role and you'll have the chance to identify and convert high-value prospects while also re-engaging lapsed customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Account & Business Development Plans for the Territory
- Create and present comprehensive key account plans.
- Research and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Recommend and prioritize target areas for growth.
- Set budgets and forecast performance outcomes.
- Identify and assess potential long-term key account opportunities and align them with strategic goals.
- Foster Effective Working Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers to ensure collaboration and satisfaction.
- Commit to Self-Development
- Proactively identify areas for personal growth and plan activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required experience/skills/qualifications:
- Business development experience
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Working knowledge of excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft applications, and Salesforce
