Business Development Manager (FM Solutions)

£40,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Hybrid - London

Are you an experienced sales person with a track record of identifying and converting high level FM and Soft Services contracts?

Do you have extensive knowledge of the FM industry, including the security and cleaning sectors?

Are you looking to join a business which has tripled its turnover in the last 3 years?

This could be the role for you!

Role and responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities within the FM, security and cleaning sectors
  • Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Build relationships with existing customers to grow accounts organically, and generate group opportunities across additional service lines.
  • Client Relationship management with key focus on service delivery, retention, and contract growth
  • Regular client meetings and performance reviews, implementing process improvements where possible

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience within the FM industry
  • Knowledge of Security and Cleaning solutions
  • New business focus, with the ability to to identify new opportunities, and create cross selling opportunities
  • Promote the business as the 'supplier of choice' within your market sector
  • Commercially minded, with an in depth understanding of contract pricing models and operating costs
  • You will have a proven track record in both new business sales and client relationship management.
  • Experience managing tender processes, including writing and submitting bid proposals
