Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and presenting Syrve's solutions to potential clients. You will also be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with existing clients, analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes, generating sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify and seize opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven capacity to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a results-oriented environment.
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Syrve's solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant and hospitality sectors.
  • Present and pitch products and services to prospective clients, showcasing their value to their operations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create detailed sales reports and track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Provide insights and feedback from clients to improve products and services.
