In this role, you will play a key part in expanding their reach and enhancing impactful eLearning programs.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating opportunities that enable schools, colleges, and local authorities to enhance their educational offerings. You'll be responsible for developing strong partnerships, identifying market trends, and championing innovative solutions that make a difference.
What you'll be doing:
- Driving the growth of the business by identifying new partnership opportunities and negotiating effective strategies to maximize impact.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions, stakeholders, and community organizations.
- Conducting market research to stay ahead of trends and deliver insights that inform business strategy.
- Representing our Client at industry events, as an ambassador for their mission and values.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that meet our partners' needs.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development, particularly in the education/eLearning sector, with a strong understanding of the market.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.
- Strategic thinker who can analyze data and market trends to drive decision-making.
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-allowing you to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- A passion for education and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of learners.
