Business Development Manager
£45,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Hybrid - London (with travel)

Are you an experienced sales person with a track record of identifying and converting high level manned guarding security contracts?
Do you have extensive knowledge of the security industry, and looking to join a business which has tripled its turnover in the last 3 years?
This could be the role for you!
Role and responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities within the security sector
- Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build relationships with existing customers to grow accounts organically, and generate group opportunities across additional service lines.
- Client Relationship management with key focus on service delivery, retention, and contract growth
- Regular client meetings and performance reviews, implementing process improvements where possible
Desirable skills and experience:
- Extensive experience within the manned guarding security sector
- New business focus, with the ability to to identify new opportunities, and create cross selling opportunities
- Promote the business as the 'supplier of choice' within your market sector
- Commercially minded, with an in depth understanding of contract pricing models and operating costs
- You will have a proven track record in both new business sales and client relationship management.

For over 15 years, this well established, and fully accredited construction services company has been providing tailored solutions across multiple industries, including Logistics, Security, Cleaning, FM and Demolition.
The Security division has experienced huge success in recent times, growing from £3m to over £12m turnover in the last 3 years alone.
A very supportive employer, with an all hands on deck attitude to achieving group goals. They now looking to invest further into the sales team, and continue the growth of the business.
