We are looking for a professional Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team. As a Business Development Manager you will be generating high-quality Leads and identify prospect opportunity accounts.

What you'll be doing

    • Engage with prospects and clients to understand business and organisation challenges and struggles
    • Generate high-value sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospecting into commercial or enterprise accounts
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop a list of target prospects
    • Align with account-based marketing to develop in/outbound strategies
    • Develop and run a pipeline of potential prospect accounts
    • Develop Leads from target list of ICPs
    • Research and identify qualified targets
    • Engage prospects and deliver insight
    • Qualify target lead based on assessed client impact
    • Maintain CRM hygiene and record all sales activity
    • Build and refine the Tuum Sales Process and Playbook
    • Assist Marketing in vetting in-bound MQLs for follow-up
    • Qualify and develop partner led Opportunities

Our expectations

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
    • Proven experience in sales role in fintech or related industries (experience in core banking would be a huge bonus)
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to network and build relationships effectively
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
    • Driven by targets and motivated by success, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
    • Ability to effectively network and build relationships in industry-specific settings
