Why is this role important?

The role of Business Development Manager is crucial to the growth and success of Breathe in identifying, developing and executing strategic initiatives that drives new business opportunities and contributes to overall revenue generation for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prioritise and secure new business opportunities to increase new business revenue
  • Demonstrate initiative and persistence in maximising revenue generation opportunities through module sales and upselling
  • Develop clear strategies for value generation and achieving targets
  • Maintain documentation around lead generation, follow-up and execution of
    opportunities in Hubspot
  • Provide tailored pitch delivery and communication modes to prospects (e.g. online meetings, screen share, conference calls, webinar etc.)
  • Become a Breathe product expert and articulate the value, across all aspects
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support marketing initiatives
  • Follow documented Breathe procedures including security protocols
  • Utilising client feedback to continually improve the Breathe solution, and commercial offering to potential clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify potential opportunities and threats
  • Maintain awareness of and be compliant with information security protocols in relation to your job role and handling of any data

  • Understanding of HR/SaaS technology in the SME UK market is desirable
