We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BDM to join us on this newly created role working in the Head Office in Crewe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for winning and managing client accounts, fostering relationships, driving sales growth retention. Having experience of winning new business and then account managing the clients.

Having experience of working with large companies dealing with all types of customers from national franchises to large independently owned businesses, with experience of Multi Site Customers you should have a demonstrable sales track record selling within a B2B environment such as Fuels, Waste Collection, Plant Hire, or Building products.

You will be highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and high levels of personal hunger & desire, who is organised and detail-oriented person to win and then manage key account customers and lead the delivery and execution of our sales. You will be winning new business and then account managing the clients.

The role:
• Having experience of winning new business and then account managing the clients, Manage the onboarding process by both telephone and site visits throughout the UK.
• To demonstrate ROI from the outset.
• Customer liaison and inputting information into the database to track record of all correspondence and account changes.
• Make regular contact with clients via telephone calls, online meetings, and on-site visits.
• Building strong customer relationships with users and stakeholders.
• Delivery of strategic growth plans
• Develop and deliver KPI's/SLA's to drive a continuous improvement agenda.
• Deliver impeccable service to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a wider range of stakeholders clients/prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends and changes.
• Manage contract negotiations and pricing discussions with key customers
• Track sales data and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Owning the delivery, ongoing support, adoption, and expansions of your allocated customers.
• Act as the main point of contact for your customers.
• Handle upselling and renewal enquiries for your customers.
• Help problem solve larger and more complex issues liaising with support and development whilst communicating with the customer.

Professional experience and qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development, key/national account management or similar.
• Proven track record of developing and closing business deals.
• Proven track record within B2B face-to-face sales.
• In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics.

• The ability to see tasks through to completion.
• Great organisational and multi-tasking skills.
